SHAREHOLDER REGISTER
The shareholder register is the list consisting of the active owners of the shares of a company. It is continually updated with every shareholder compulsory registered. The information of the shareholders in the register include the name, address, share number, occupation, and paid price. It is used in the examination of companies.
