SHORT-FORM REPORT
A Short-Form Report is a brief summary of a performed audit. The information contained in the short-form report include a description of the audit’s scope and what financial statements he or she examined, the findings of the audit and the accuracy of the reports. A short form may come as a complement to a long report or the complete auditor’s report.
