SIDEWAYS TREND
A sideways trend is also referred to as ‘horizontal trend’. It is the horizontal price movement in the market. This trend happens in times where the supply and demand are equal or nearly equal. During this time as well is seen as the consolidation period before prices move again from the previous move.
