SILENT PARTNER
Silent partner is also referred to as the ‘limited partner’. It is an entity or individual that is in a partnership but whose involvement is limited to the provision of capital for the business. Daily operations and management meetings are not interfered with by the silent partner. The other things a silent partner may provide aside from capital is advise if solicited, business connections if needed by the business, and mediation in case of dispute among the other partners.
