SLUMBURBS
Slumburbs is slang term used for the suburbs in a city that was once thriving. The city has since then become undesirable because of an economic decline causing the suburbs of that city to loss value. Slumburbs is notorious for them not being able to draw in skilled entrepreneurs and highly educated individuals. Because of this business and the quality of life are declining resulting to negative things such as poverty, crime, and unemployment. However, slumburbs can also happen in thriving cities. The catch is that, despite the success, the slumburb is still unable to thrive.
