SOCIAL HOST LIABILITY
Social host liability is a term used in the legal field and in the area of the law that has significant implications for alcohol serving businesses. It is concerned with the liability of the person who is in charge of supplying liquor to a guest. This means that any actions of an intoxicated guest that may result into a liability will be shared by the host that served the liquor.
