SOFT LANDING
Soft landing happens when the rate of economic growth is just high enough to deflect recession and just slow enough to deflect inflation. The term basically describes an economy that successfully resisted a strong contraction through, more often than not, government intervention such as monetary policy regulation and fiscal.
