SPECULATIVE BUBBLE
Speculative bubble is also known as ‘price bubble or market bubble.’ It is an asset value spike specific to an industry, a class, or a commodity caused, more often than not, by excessive expectations for future price appreciation, growth, and other situations that may affect asset values.
