SPOT MARKET
The spot market may be defined in two ways. First, it is a commodities and/or a securities market where goods may be purchased in exchange for cash. The goods are then delivered immediately as contracts in these markets, whether bought or sold, are effective immediately. Second, the spot market is where futurus transaction may be done whose goods may be delivered, typically, in one month or less.
