SPOUSAL IRA
Spousal IRA an individual retirement account type that enables the contribution to retirement savings from a working spouse to a non-working spouse provided that the income of the working spouse equals or exceeds IRA contributions made for both spouses. The Spousal IRA establishes exceptions to the rule that an individual must have earned income for IRA contribution.
