SPREAD-LOAD CONTRACTUAL PLAN
Spread-load contractual plan is a structure of paying fees. It is applies to mutual funds whose sales charge or commission was not paid in its entirety upon the initial contribution of funds or even the following early contributions. The process goes that the load is distributed across a lengthy time period to apply the load aptly to each contribution.
