SPRING LOADING
Spring loading is a practice of option-granting. In here, options are granted prior to a positive newsworthy event. The reason behind this is that, positive events mostly boosts stock value of an underlying company. This way, the option holder can mostly guarantee instant profit ahead of a positive news.
