STANDARD OF VALUE
Standard of value is a country’s set value for transactions in a certain medium exchange. A prime example for this is currency such as the dollar and the euro. The standard of value stabilizes the economy and serves as the equalizer so that goods and services might be able to reach a uniform price for the economic entities.
