SUB ACCOUNT
Separate account or balance of funds maintained by the bank on behalf of the account holder. Operating under very strict guidelines, these funds can only be accessed based on the terms of a Power of Attorney agreement approved and executed by the bank. Deposited funds in these accounts are not considered bank assets.
