SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
Written agreement outlining the rank of a debt relative to another debt based on the priority for collecting repayment from a debtor. Debts with higher priority level hold a legal right to be repaid in full before paying lower priority debts. The debtor has no sufficient funds to pay off all debts while lower priority debts receive little or no payment.
