SUBSCRIPTION PRICE
1. Static price at which current shareholders can participate in rights offering done by a public firm to keep their fractional ownership of the business. The price will be the same for all shareholders, normally lower than the underlying stock’s current market price.
2. Exercise price for warrant holders in a specific stock. Companies may release these warrants different time periods along with its debt offerings.
