TAG-ALONG RIGHTS
Investment agreement provision protecting a minority stakeholder, normally in a venture capital deal. If a majority shareholder sells his or her stake, the minority stakeholder has the right to sell a portion or all of his investment stake in the company. Also called co-sale rights.
