TAX-TO-GDP RATIO
Ratio of tax collection to the gross domestic product. Certain states increase this ratio in order to cover delinquencies in the state budget revenue. In states with significantly higher tax revenue, its percentage is applied towards state revenue and there are certain times foreign debt is higher.
