TEXAS SHARPSHOOTER FALLACY
Analysis of outcomes out of context, which can give an illusion causation. The fallacy focuses on the similarities of the outcomes, not on determining cause and effect. This is named after a gunman who shoots at a side of a barn, hitting around a cluster of points. He failed to aim the target, but instead shot the barn, but outsiders assumed he meant to shoot the target.
