TRANSFER OF PHYSICAL ASSETS - TPA
Property sale applicable only to housing loans backed by the Housing and Urban Development. The loan or property ownership is partly or wholly transferred to another party based on the HUD guidelines. TPA may require many other forms to be completed including Assumption of Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) contract.
