TRANSLOADING
Process of moving shipments from one transportation mode to another. It is used when it is not physically feasible or economically practical to transport goods to its final destination using only one transportation mode. Forms shipping their products internationally normally employ several transportation method especially if both the shipping point and final destination are located away from the boundaries or coast.
