TRUST INDENTURE
Bond contract provision representing the bondholder’s interests by emphasizing the rules and responsibilities both the bond issuer and trustee must follow. It may also outline the source of income for the bond. Trust indentures may not be included in certain bond contracts, as some government bonds disclose similar information in a bond resolution.
