TRUST RECEIPT
Document notifying the release of a merchandise to a buyer from a bank while the bank retains the ownership title of the released assets. In this arrangement, the bank remains the merchandise owner but the buyer is given the right to hold it in trust for the bank, either for manufacture or sale.
