UNIFORM TRANSFER TAX
Uniform Transfer Tax is the combination of federal gift taxes and federal estate taxes. It works by taxing the transfer of assets to a chosen beneficiary due to a person’s death and transfer of assets from one person to another without receiving anything or getting less than the market value in return.
