UNLEVERED COST OF CAPITAL
Unlevered Cost Of Capital is an assessment that utilizes an actual or hypothetical scenario that is free of debt as it gauges the amount that it would cost to pursue a specific capital project. It is an alternative to the cost of capital calculation. In essence the unlevered cost of capital should be cheaper than a levered cost of capital.
