UNLISTED SECURITY
Unlisted Security is a financial instrument used in trading in the over-the-counter (OTC) market. An alternate name for Unlisted Security is OTC securities. In the over-the-counter market, market makers facilitate the buy and sell of unlisted securities. Compared to listed securities, unlisted securities can be more liquid because they are not exchange traded.
