UTP
Unlisted Trading Privileges (UTP) is a form of securities regulation. It gives the right to exchanges to trade a security that did not meet the requirements. This regulation also entitles the exchange to trade securities that are not registered or unlisted on the exchange. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the Exchange Act and the Unlisted Trading Privileges (UTP) Act of 1994 regulates the unlisted trading privileges.
