UNOFFICIAL STRIKE
Unofficial Strike is an unendorsed mutiny by the union. It does not follow the legal provisions of strikes. Participants of legal strikes are vulnerable to any action taken by their employers like being dismissed or suspended. It is also referred to as "wildcat strike" or "unofficial industrial action".
