UNSCHEDULED RECAST
Unscheduled Recast is a recomputation of remaining loan amortization schedule that is not scheduled. Some loans have contractual terms that when triggered, calls for a recalculation of remaining amortization that is viable to lead to a significant increase in the periodic payments of the loan.
