UP-AND-OUT OPTION
Up-And-Out Option is a kind of barrier option which is deemed worthless if the underlying asset’s price surpasses the specified price level of the ‘knockout price’. The holder of an up-and-out option have the right to a payout if the underlying asset’s price stays below the knockout price. These options are not widely traded and is acknowledged as rare or exotic.
