USDA NON-STREAMLINED REFINANCING
USDA Non-Streamlined Refinancing is an option offered by the United States Department of Agriculture as a mortgage refinancing option along with USDA Streamlined and USDA Rural Refinance Pilot Program that is available in all US states and territories. Homeowners whose purchases fall under Section 502 direct or Guaranteed loan are entitled to avail of the USDA non-streamlined refinancing as its target are the individuals who have low-income and households in the rural area.
