USDA STREAMLINED REFINANCING
USDA Streamlined Refinancing is another option offered by the United States Department of Agriculture as a mortgage refinancing option along with USDA Rural Refinance Pilot Program and the USDA Non-Streamlined Refinancing that is available in all US states and territories. Homeowners whose purchases fall under Section 502 direct or Guaranteed loan are entitled to avail of the USDA non-streamlined refinancing as its target are the individuals who have low-income and households in the rural area.
