WRAP-AROUND MORTGAGE
Wrap-around Mortgage is a type of loan that allows a borrower, who is paying off an existing mortgage, to receive more financing from a second lender or seller. It is also known as an overriding mortgage, all-inclusive mortgage, or wrap-around loan.
