ZERO MINUS TICK
Zero Minus Tick, which is also called "zero downtick trade," refers to a trade of securities executed at the same price as its previous trade but is lower than the price in the last trade that has a different price. For example, in this series of trades - $12.50, $12.30, and $12.30 - the last trade would be a zero minus tick.
