ACCELERATION CLAUSE
It is a contract provision that gives a lender a right to require he debtor the borrower to pay a part or all of his or her outstanding amount of the loan if he or she was not able to achieve a certain requirement. This acceleration clause in contracts must say the reasons when a lender can enforce this clause.
