An ethical responsibility that every accountant should have for those who rely on their work. Accountants are responsible for the company’s management,also for the investors, outside regulatory bodies, creditors and the financial market’s integrity.
Another responsibility of an accountant is the validity of the financial statement of the company. He or she should always perform his or her tasks with all the applicable principles, standards and laws.
