ADJUSTED NET WORTH
A system used to know the worth of an insurance firm with the use of surplus values, capital values, and an estimated value for business on the books of the firm. To attain the adjusted net worth, the estimated value for the business must be computed first, then the result will be added with the capital surplus, voluntary reserves, and the unrealized capital gains.
