AFFORDABLE CARE ACT
Enacted as a law on March 2010, this act is a federal statute which is a portion of the healthcare reform agenda of the Obama government. It is entitled as Affordable Care Act and The Patient Protection and is assumed to take effect in a matter of years. The policy involves many purpose such as the creation of health insurance changes, expansion of Medicaid eligibility and forbiddance of health insurers from declining coverage because of the pre-existing conditions.
