ALBERTA HERITAGE SAVING TRUST FUND
A provincial fund, established in Alberta,Canada, which aims to invest and manage the savings from the vast non-renewable resources of Alberta in order to provide the optimum financial return from the savings intended for the current and future generations in the province. The Alberta Heritage Savings Trust Fund Act of 1976 enacted the Alberta Heritage Fund. The fund invests in bonds, equities, private equities, real estate, and absolute return strategies.
