ANNUALIZED INCOME
An approximate of the value of money which an asset, business or an individual will gain over the span of a year. The annualized income is often calculated with a data which is worth less than a year, so it is only an approximate of how much income will actually be gained for the year. Nonetheless, the annualized income figures can assist in creating budget and doing an estimation of the income tax payments.
