ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE - ATHEX
ATHEX or ASE or Athens Stock Exchange is a stock exchange based in Athens, Greece. The Athens Stock Exchange initially started trading in the later part of the 1870s. Until 2007, the exchange was still situated in Psiri, Athens. The Sofocleous St. in which it is located, became synonymous to the exchange, just like the Wall Street in the New York City.
