AVAILABLE BALANCE
Balances in on-demand or checking accounts where a delay in crediting the funds to an account occurs. Of a check deposit is still yet to be cleared by the issuing bank, the funds wouldn't be available to the account holder even if it is already displayed in stated total funds of the account.
The net effect is that the balance which is available to the account holder for transfer, withdrawal, or spending may differ from the account balance.
