BA3/BB-
Bonds that are given the rating Ba3/BB- are often considered as speculative and they are not even considered as investment-grade bonds that are suited for people who are wishing to evade the risk of suffering from losing their principal investments. These bonds are generally taken as junk bonds, though this rating means that they belong to the more stable end of the rating and not as junk-bonds.
