BALANCE PROTECTION
An optional coverage for an existing credit card account. Normally, the fee for balance protection is a particular percentage of the balance on the card and is piled up as a fee on the monthly statement. Balance protection coverage is catered to make up for minimum monthly payments (and in some cases a higher amount) under certain circumstance that the cardholder becomes unemployed or injured.
