BASEL II
The Basel Committee on Bank Supervision developed a collection of banking rules called Basel II, that manage global banking and finance. Basel II tries to combine national regulations with basel capital standards, by setting the minimum capital requirements of financial organization with the aim of guaranteeing institution liquidity.
