BEARER BOND
A permanent earning instrument that has no registered owner and is commonly owned by anyone.
Coupons symbolizing interest payments are physically connected to the security which is also the bondholder's accountability to send the coupons for payment. As compare with registered bonds, bearer bonds are transactional instruments with a coupon interest rate and an established maturity period.
