BINOMIAL DISTRIBUTION
Probability distribution outlining the possibility a specific value will take one of two independent values under a particular set of assumptions or parameters. This distribution presumes there is only one result for every test; and each test has the same success probability and is mutually exclusive. Swiss mathematician Jacques Bernoulli discovered binomial distribution.
