BITCOIN MINING
Process in which transactions are validated and recorded on the public ledger called block chain. Any individual with access to the internet and suitable hardware can partake in bitcoin mining. It entails gathering recent transactions and solving math problems. The participant who first solves the puzzle will advance to the next block chain and claim the rewards. Rewards include transaction fees and newly-released bitcoin.
