BOND MARKET ASSOCIATION SWAP - BMA
Swap arrangement in which the parties swap the interest rate on a debt obligation. The agreement entails one party trades the fixed interest rate in exchange for a floating rate while the other swaps the floating rate for a fixed interest rate, depending on the association’s swap index.
