Independent provincial government agency responsible for regulating securities being traded in British Columbia. Located in Vancouver, British Columbia, it aims to guard and uphold the public interest in the securities markets by making sure securities being traded are done fairly, bearing in mind the public’s best interests. Also, the agency promotes competitive and transparent marketplace in the province.
